Create Salesforce List Views with AI

List views seem simple but multiply fast — each team wants their own filtered views on every object. SF Agent creates them from descriptions so you stop toggling filter rows and column pickers.

Manual
5-10 min per list view
With SF Agent
~1 min

The Manual Way

  1. 1Navigate to the object's list view
  2. 2Click New → name the list view
  3. 3Set filter criteria (field, operator, value)
  4. 4Choose visible columns and their order
  5. 5Set visibility (private, shared with group, or all users)
  6. 6Save and verify the view shows correct records

With SF Agent

  1. 1Describe the filter and columns you want to see
  2. 2SF Agent generates the list view metadata
  3. 3Filter criteria, columns, sort order, and sharing included
  4. 4Deployed to the org immediately

Example

You type:

Create a list view on Contact called 'VIP Contacts' showing contacts where Title contains 'VP' or 'Director'. Show columns: Name, Title, Account, Email, Phone. Visible to all users.

SF Agent generates:
  • List View: VIP_Contacts (Contact)
  • Filter: Title CONTAINS 'VP' OR Title CONTAINS 'Director'
  • Columns: Name, Title, Account.Name, Email, Phone
  • Visibility: All users
